As our lab enters its fourth year, we are happy to welcome the latest member of our lab! Irina is currently a postdoctoral fellow at New York University’s Stern School of Business who studies age, gender, diversity, and inequality in organizations. She has a PhD from the University of Lausanne and a Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the Florida Institute of Technology. Irina will focus her ECGO lab activities on research projects related to gender and mistreatment in the workplace. Welcome Irina!
