Welcome to the Ethics, Creativity, & Gender in Organizations (ECGO) Lab! The ECGO Lab is a collaborative research lab founded by Dr. Celia Chui. The lab welcomes graduate students who are interested in researching topics broadly related to ethics, creativity, and gender in organizations.
At the ECGO Lab, we mainly conduct online, archival, and laboratory studies, but members also go into the field to collect data (in-person survey data and in-depth focus groups and interviews).
We have monthly lab meetings. In addition, members meet separately for their individual projects on a regular basis.
Objective
To advance knowledge about psychological processes and behaviors of interest to organizations.
Aims
- To conduct high-quality research and to publish it in top-tier academic journals.
- To equip lab members on the academic career path by providing a collaborative and supportive research environment
- To train undergraduate and graduate students in designing and conducting research studies and in writing and publishing their research.
- To expand the academic network of lab members and to connect lab members with graduate students, postdoctoral fellows, and faculty members from different institutions and departments in Canada, the United States, and Europe.
